Affiliate Terms of Service

By participating in the affiliate program of Sol Purge ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program.

1. Overview

Sol Purge offers an affiliate program where affiliates earn a commission from fees generated by users they refer.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates receive 50% of the platform’s service fees collected from users they refer.
• The commission is calculated from the net service fees (excluding any network or blockchain costs).

3. Referral Tracking

• Referral links follow the format: /a/[affiliateSlug].
• Referrals are tracked using browser cookies, valid for 90 days.
• If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, only the most recent one will be credited.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are made exclusively in SOL.
• Earnings are credited immediately to your wallet upon successful user transactions via your affiliate link.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their connected wallet is correct and can receive SOL.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote Sol Purge in a lawful and ethical manner.
• Do not impersonate Sol Purge or make false or misleading claims.
• Do not use spam, bots, or deceptive practices to generate referrals.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate status at any time for any reason.
• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the affiliate is removed due to abuse or violation of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
